multi tv update

First topic message reminder :

Multi tv has updated, this are new frequencies, 12526v 27.000 and 12559v 01.563

  Things are fino now. I have learnt how to boost KU Signal. I used C-band scalar. It is adding 3 to 5%. That means no more frizzing. I tried opening the plastic cover and put transparent glass, that did not work. Therefore the bigger the head of KU LNB the better the signal. Multi-tv channels, pictures quality has improved. Entertainment is super as usual.

the pics is poor though entertainment at night is good.they should work on pics quality too dull on screen

u did that in lilongwe or blantyre

Blantyre man. I have bigger dish and one LNB that works. ESK P8 Eurostar. Other LNBs fail to get it. If you have 120 offset dish and very strong LNB, in my case ESK P8 you can get in BT. I am told that 120cm offset dish is equal to 240cm onset (prime) dish.

Morning guys.. Pls i use 4922a. I want to share the signal between differient room. My own room and d living room. Is there a way of sharing it? Like watching differient stations from one box @ same time? Or same stations, pls guys help me divide this into many rooms

not possible except you build a smatv setup which will still require 2 or more decoders so get another one for the room.

Ok sir..but is it possible to watch same movie in differient rooms with same decoder?

I don't think its possible to watch different channels on different TV's using the same decoder. It's either you buy an lnb with two outputs or buy a splitter and connect your lnb to it. Then from there you get a an additional decoder in either case to enjoy double viewing

It is possible if your decoder is dual view. Dual views have two outputs TV1 and TV2. To watch the same channels or same station in different rooms it is possible with most of these receivers one can use RF and and another av connectors. Or HDMI and another AV.

Since Multi-tv promote Strong decoders. Those of you who have strong decoders, do you watch TV3 Ghana?.

Last year when Multi tv did their second tp upgrade, they clearly stated that, because they wanted to cover larger ground in central and east Africa, they had to change their tp and also the new satellite was 23.3 Astra 3A/3B. Buh on this forum, ive seen many members keep referring to 28, and tp 12525/ 275000. This wasnt what multi presented. It's 12522V27000 on Astra3AB, 23.3 deg. Some may say well, we use others and it works. Hummm, every experienced vsat installer, or normal satellite installer should know that sometimes, the satellite name and actual symbol rates matter a lot.

In Malawi you get 36degree go down and left you get TPA 1 on 33E and on that do not go down just go left you will get some signal. Use 11675 V 26661 and then blindscan or enter the other after finding this frequency. It is possible in LL in BT you need a very big dish like 120cm like mine. But yesterday there was no signal in BT.

Completely inactive..name and dollar sign there are for nothing. Transmission plugs remain off, not a matter of getting around the dollar sign, that is why when you get to that channel, you realise that the CAS is unknown, meaning there is no encryption, channel transmission port is deactivated.
