i think we nid to relax a bit. it is not news, all ova the world where dongle is used with providers, it goes off for a while then back again. why do u think dey provide updates from tym to tym. providers re not dull, u think dey don't know the market trend. just kip ur ears to the ground and prepare for the nxt stuff. be it updates or another dongle. its all about the market, efryone of them want a share of the cherry. Remember it's a subsahara beam o! So the market is really large. I mean to target w4/7,badr,nilesat,and nss 7 which is at our reach. it is really big Biz.

we will never sit down and loss it for those dstv cheaters. We will surly get through soon JB we trust you to deliver so do all it takes to for you are our hope for the future. For because you dey we dey too.

Dreambox is one of the best receiver opening channels by sharing original smart card and it's required to connect your dreambox to internet via the ethernet port on the dreambox.
Avatar is the dongle that open channels by using sharing via satellite you don't need to have internet connection the sharing will be done between 2 different satellite .

Dreambox is not cheap. 24/7 internet broadband, modem, router,server subscription, computer etc. the whole set-up is all about cardsharing. While d*** is cardsharing tru satellite, dreambox is tru internet. It is for the ultimate guys. if u can't spend, pls don't evn go there.

I update my avatar ,after about one hour the aljazeera showned and freeze after 2 Mins and later africa Magic Yoruba shown and freeze instantly but since then nothing again is there something to do?

can someone please update us on what is happening to our avatar dongle. Since 27 of August avatar has not been working for all avatar dongle users

Because DSTV find our avatar server satellite TP, and stop the TP from W3A satellite, so we have to change the Satellite TP now. This work need about 1 week to 10 days to do it, please patient to wait some days and hope engineer solution it as soon as possible.

I read the discussion above that DSTV have identified their transponder what happen to Nile Showtime etc that aint working with avatar anyway we look forward patiently for a positive development.

Hold on dont do any upgrade yet and if you are too much in a hurry....... just let me know, but really i will advice you to hold on

when u start the loader, you will find 'file' on the dialogue box. click on the botton next it, then select the upgrade firmware.
After this click on the download bottom. Before you click the download bottom make sure the avatar is complete off. Click download and connect power supply. viola!!

Avatar is alive and still coming back, keep your faith high
