Hello house, I have a problem with my strong decoder SRT 4669X. It stop working with my xman so d dstv station are no longer showing bt d multi tv is still working on it and the avatar is not blinkin d green light as it normally blink d green light is just stable and I have tried re-installing d 4669x software bt its still not workin and I av tested d xman wit other decoder and it works wit dem perfectly... I need ur help house

Restore you decoder to factory settings and see whether that solves the problem.

i had profer solution to u in the other thread,look for joytv lover and sell to him ad use the money buy another one i had the same problem an that was how i overcome it.

check option on your setting menu, ensure that it is on dongle 1

d problem is wit ur decoder,go 2 [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or crosat 2 download d latest patch 4 ur decoder,upgrade ur box wit it

anyone with software that can stop OTA download on original srt 4669z nd fake Srt 4669 should pls help me out.

Pls the gurus I need answers to the following question.
1. What effect does hard rest has on decoder after upgrading to the latest sofware (say 1.21p)
2. Does it going to wipe all my channels list & radio list
3. Does it going to fix any error incubated after upgrade(like date, info error on 1.22p)
4. What other benefits do I stand to gain after hard reset..

@Aliyu what model is ur decoder if 4922a take up to 3minut , if 4930 take up to 7minut , if 4930l take up to 10-15 minut . Any try to use generator 4 upgrading , good luck
